Aluminum Roof Coating is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge manufactures and distributes polyurea membranes, spray foam, and adhesion primers, and has been supplying the applicators who spray them for decades.
This site exists because aluminum kept getting the steel spec. Contractors would call, describe a peeling roof, and it would turn out the previous coating had been applied to bare aluminum with no primer and no thought given to how far the panel travels in a day. That is not a product failure — it is a specification failure, and it is avoidable.
We sell direct, and we sell through roofing contractors, coating applicators, and distributors. If you are already running a plural-component rig, ask about the wholesale schedule. If you are considering adding polyurea roofing to your services, ask about equipment and training — we would rather bring on an applicator who understands the substrate than move another pallet.
What Working With Us Looks Like
For Contractors, Applicators & Dealers
Roofing contractors: we supply material, primers, and job-specific specs, and we will do the takeoff math with you. If a job is outside your equipment range we will refer it rather than sell you into it.
Applicators running Graco Reactor E-20 or E-30 class equipment can spray every product on this site. If you do not have a rig yet, we can walk you through machine selection, hose and gun setup, and the first few roofs.
Dealers and distributors: every Oak Ridge product is available private-label under the WatchGuard brand — WatchGuard Roof, WatchGuard Primer, and WatchGuard Coatings among them. Tell us your region and volume and we will send the schedule.
